Forza 4 Community play date?

So i was thinking about hosting a Forza 4 Community race night. Maybe get a series going on a weekend basis possibly with multiple events depending on the number of people interested. For the first event I was thinking something along the lines of this:

Event Details:
16 Racers
10 lap Circuit race around Road Atlanta full track
Cars limited to S Class
Engine swaps and tuning setups allowed
FWD only

Car:
2007 Sentra SE-R Spec V

Prizes:
1st: $1,000,000 (and the ability to call the setup for the next race)
2nd: $750,000
3rd: $500,000

Best of Show:$1,000,000 (Decided by the community)
I will take a pic of all the cars in each event and let the community decide whos car looked the best! must be a self designed livery
