that looks like this place by me where theres alot of medical office buildings that close after 5 its a ghost town in there and the parking lots have long stretches that arent quite a quarter mile but gets the job done......plus theres this spot all the way out on the island very close to the end of the LIE where its empty and theres a very very long stretch of road thats straight and has some dips in it......if ppl run there no one would disturb them....but downside is its too dark to go too fast because you cant see to far ahead even with headlights...plus its sorta scary if ur car poops out (ull see it if you stay going east on union tpke i believe its like a 45 minute drive but once u see the water and the abandoned train tracks thats it right there)
