Cool thinking about getting some traklite's......

ok so i been looking at 2 different kinda rims.....

    MR221 TRAKLITE 1.0 | Motegi Racing

    and these motegi MR125's

    motegi 125 - Bing Images

from what i have looked up i have heard the traklites are like 15-17lbs..... and the 125's weight like 21lbs.

Im pricing them both out now through the guy who can get both rims for me.......which ones you think would look sicker?! i wanna stick out.... also i was thinking about going 40 offset? then just pulling and rolling the shit outta the fenders. Try to get it nice and flush. hope i dont rub on anything either. At the bare minium i want the traklights to be 8in. but the 125's are only 7.5in (and i can get them in 4 lug!)

btw im 4 lug ATM. both rims i can get in 4 lug. The tracklites i can get in ANY offset (they r pretty much customizeable.

But any thoughts or suggestions would be awesome. thanks guys. ALSO i plan on wrapping them in falken 452's or nitto 555's depending on price and rim i get. if i get the 125's it will def be the 555's but depending on how much the traklites r will depend the tires for those bad boys. Thanks again guys.

I would say go with the lighter rims if you want a better 'performance' car. If you car is only for looks, then go with which ever one you like.

    tracklites are forged too
a much better wheel construction method
    lighter also

a 17x8 can go further out, imo, my 8" wheels carry 38mm et and i'm about to space them out 5mm

traklites seem nice imo, but where would you order custom Motegi Traklites?

    see here
Matte Black - MR 2312 Traklite 2.0 - Motegi Racing
i'm not recommending the site but rather using it as an example of the pricing i found
