i bought i megan header to replace the precat. I still have the second cat futher downstream. will i have to do the non fouler trick and would i put the non foulers on the first or second o2 sensor?

looking for best answer possible. Car is consuming alot of oil lately. think the stock headers are still on. If I replace the headers now, does anyone think it will stop consuming so much oil? Or is it going to continue doing the same until the engine fails?

So my car has been consuming alot of oil lately. The oil light will keep going on and shutting off. Was reading a little bit about the Pre-cat stuff and all. Does this sound like that? If I get some new Headers would this elminate any further problems with this pre cat thing?
