It's for a turbonetics evolution wastegate. I tested the shims out and with 7 shims it got me to 12.3 psi. $25 shipped for all.

For the turbine housing you would use M8-1.25 x 25 mm bolts. For the wastegate use 5/16"-18 bolts.
