yep I ordered all the parts last night to do a rpm based progressive controlled direct port nitrous setup(max output is 400shot), I will be ordering uprev tomorrow and possible water injection kit. I've been working with outlaw 10.5 world record holder Micheal Martin to set this up and I think the engine and trans should hold up.
here's the to do list
1. find the best position for the foggers, run lines, replace current system, tune and go
2. instal the trans controller that,s been sitting in my shed to play with shift points, the motor is going to be revving a lot faster so the trans needs to keep up
3. gut the top thermostat
4. remove secondary intake butterfly plates or wire into the nitrous controller to open any time I'm spraying
5. replace spark plugs with the 2 step colder ngk iridium XI
6. modify timing curve with uprev
7, (optional) instal and tune water/meth kit and wire into nitrous controller

all of this kit is pieced together and brand new

I am looking forward to seeing this happen. As far as I know 125 is the biggest tried on a QR, but I could be mistaken.

got a go-pro mounted eye level on the passenger side hanging from the roof.
Its going to be a couple weeks because i have to wait for to instal at the end of next week and wait for my friend to make runs at the home track so i can test and tune.
maybe next year I can build the internals and spray more

no yet but as long as i can keep from detonating or melting something the motor should be able to handle it. I'm thinking of doing a meth kit and using 25% VP M5 and 75% distilled water. this is why i have 3 cars... the cts-v may be seeing more track time lol

No one will know until the envelope is pushed.

This guy is one of the few that actually sounds like he might know wtf is going on.

I personally hope it works just so everyone that says it won't can stop doubting and may actually open their mind to new ideas/limits instead of staying with the same crap that has been said the last 8 years.

thanks. I'm lucky i have such an awesome resource for tuning nitrous systems. He has been nice enough to freely give information and contacts with the companies he works with. You will never be the fastest unless you push the envelope . truth is no one that I know of has run much nitrous on these motors and its cool to play it safe and have fun but over the last couple years the resources have become available to the b15 community that enable us to run a lot more nitrous, but no one that I know of has stepped up to give it a shot. Why not me, this car has already been resurrected more times that most. I'll try my best to make information available to the rest of the community.

U have a good source for help, the right pars and seems like some know how 300 wheel = 300 wheel get there how you may, so in theory "It should be fine"
just have it in the back of your mind that some day it might blow? (thats all i was saying)

oh yea I'm prepaired to resurrect this car again lol but thats racing.
the motor has been proven to hold the power but nitrous makes a lot of heat and has a nasty habit of causing pre-det if you don't do things right mostly because nitrous speeds up burn time, water seems to be the way around taking out a butt load of timing, one site says that they have seen people run 250 shot without removing timing. so I'll play it safe but push at the same time if you get what I'm saying

Update: most of my nitrous parts are in and I'm ordering uprev and a water kit on monday. I start the install later this week or next weekend

you should do the 2JR 3" collector header + Full 3" Exhaust. N20 likes big free flowing exhausts.

one thing at a time. lol I already talked to them a bit but i guess they were kinda busy or maybe i messaged the wrong person or something. anyways I need the rest of my budget to finish this

Ill be pushing a lot harder than you man.

Built high comp with 150 DP progressive.
That's what I'm talking about.

Between the two of you, I think 125 won't be where I stop at now.
