I was driving and heard a clicking. Engine sounded fine, but was losing power, so I figured I could limp home. Well, got to the next light and car shut off.

Got out, turn car to on, to find the clicking was coming from the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump has a dedicated relay with upgraded wiring.

So, car was towed home, got to looking, figured I'd test the relay (located in the trunk). Took out the guel pump (walbro 450). Both tested fine.

Did some research and seems it was either a grounding issue or ecu (haltech). Went to check the wiring and found the ground for the relay was here (pic attached).

So, imo, that was the issue. The small ground wire, plus grounded on the rear seat bracket. The relay is the smaller wire, bigger wire is from the fuel pump housing.

Thoughts???
