Clean the maf and throttle body, so both relearns and check for vacuum leaks to start as you may have a cracked hose.

Are you throwing a code/ check engine light?

You did both relearns?

Looking at the FSM and it looks like either the harness is either not connected or shorted, or the switch needs to be replaced.

Its likely a throttle body relearn. A p0171 would come up or can see by fuel trims.

Have to do the difficult idle air volume learning procedure correctly and also throttle valve closed position relearn, when cold.

yes, did the relearn part with the engine light flashing and within few seconds light become steady and start the engine,it didnt help. also when driving the car and rolling in neutral the rpm goes between 1500rpm and 3000rpm in neutral .

You still need to do the throttle body relearn, completley different process. All you did was the maf relearn and it sounds like the TB needs the relearn especially after cleaning.
