2012 nissan sentra. Pretty bad oil leak led to blowing the motor. Replaced motor, parts/labor $2200. Got a call to come pick the car up and when I got there I'm told they just realized there is a bad oil leak that don't know where it's coming from yet. I had to take off in this car, I had been dropped off there late at night. After about 25 miles all oil was pretty much gone. I'm back to where I was before the motor blew, buying a qt every 20 or so miles. Any chance there's a super easy way to find/fix this problem? I'm lost by myself with this dang car!

...oil can leak from one of a hundred places on an engine...bring it to a reputable repair facility and have it properly diagnosed.

Just run the car and look. Sorry for your luck.

Look to see if there is a big cooler behind the motor because those seals leak.

Buy 100 quarts of oil and just keep up with it.

What did they replace? Loosing that much oil that fast id think at least one od the main seals and more. Also if you had work on the bottom end, maybe they did a shity job with the RTV gasket and leaks from the oil pan

I did pcv and valve cover (no oil on spark plugs).

So it HAS to be the rings, not to mention over 4k rpm and its James Bond time. lol
