My xs 4-1 is not installed yet, but should be soon. Had to take car of my butterflies first. Mechanic has been sick. Ballsed up and did them myself. Gonna wait for my mechanic to help me install my exhaust. I work every day and could do without the stress doing it on my own. Won't cost me much. Family friend.

Should sound interesting. Hopefully nice. 2j 2.5 mid pipe & 2j 3" dual tip cat back (I ordered 2.5 and kept the 3" that arrived).

This look ok mark? That's as tight as I can get those bolts. They stick out maybe an 1/8 of an inch on the back of the header flange. No threads threw really, just the tips of the bolts. The threads are probly about to show. I didn't check the threads matchd like an idiot and now I'm paranoid. Its the original factory bolts (were not rusted at all). The new bolts I got were to short.

PS: I used your ghetto sim after all. For some reason the one that came with the header from XS was not a good fit thread wise. Which was strange. Also why I got paranoid that maybe I can't tighten these bolts because maybe the threads don't match.

Oh yeah. For future xs power header buyers, like mark said, you need to buy bolts for the mid pipe.
The size is 10mm-1.5x60mm.

@DaveSpecB15 main thing that it's tight / secure, looks matched up well to donut/midpipe flange. If a problem arises I'd suggest longer ones for more room, but from pic looks plenty tight and as long as no leaks you are good! Enjoy the new mods !!
