So I finally got rid of precat and installed a aftermarket header.I left the o2 sensor with no spacer and after about 20 mins driving i got the p0420.Im wondering if I should worry about this at all?? I kept my stock headers for emissions purposes that way I could always swap back and clear the code but it doesn’t bother me honestly should I just leave it?

Doesn't install spacer on 2nd o2 sensor, makes a thread about the code from that exposed sensor....

It's going to effect your performance and fueling/ timing....

Have to use a spacer. The second one I believe is by the second cat, just before it

The second O2 is after the catalytic on the midpipe. It measures the efficacy of the cat.

did you get rid of the second catalytic as well? If yes, then defouler or spacer is needed. If not, then I don’t think the second O2 needs spacing just the system needs reset. Since the first cat has been removed the reading are different from prior.
