Yes it does work, and shipping to you would be about 15 extra, I can ship it via Feds if you prefer it's just more. Total $40

I'm not sure, it isn't a Rockford system, but I'm assuming it would work with the stock sub and cd changer. It's got the additional ports.

Bump for good price !!!! I was hanging at an audio shop yesterday , old man walks in says his sentra radio is broke . The installer looks at me and goes " don't u have a sentra "? So I ended up selling him my radio for $40 and $25 install lol 5 min worth of work .
