So the installation of the rear 5 lug kit is VERY easy! As long as you can get the big bolt holding the hub off (32mm or something in that range). The front is a little bit of a challenge due to needing to press out the old hub and bearing, which isn't the easiest job, but there is a write up on how to do it with basic tools. I had a friend who works at a dealer do the front.

For stock brakes: For 5 lug, the 93-ish front maximas had 11" 5 lug rotors. Same specs as the stock Spec V rotors, but 5 lug.

For 26mm 300zx (z32) brakes: I have not found a bolt on solution for the smaller 26mm calipers. For 4 lug the infiniti 1992 M30 rotors were direct bolt on (10.75"). For 5 lug, the 93-ish front maximas had 11" 5 lug rotors. Your option here is to have them machined down to 10.75" or try shaving the inside of the calipers to clear these rotors.

For 30mm 300zx (z32) brakes: There is a bracket for a 300zx you can buy, and use the 03-06 350z front Brembo rotors which are 12.75". These require a little shaving on the inside of the 30mm calipers. Your other option is 05 Maxima rotors, 12.65" which require no modifications, but you may not be using full pad contact. The pad you wont touch is minimal, but w/e floats your boat. Both will work and be much better than stock.

Here are some pictures of my 5 lug swap, on 1999 Mustang GT wheels (17x8 +30, and 17lbs each). I'm rocking 30mm 300zx calipers on 12.75" rotors up front, and 2JR's 12.3" rotors on stock calipers in the rear. The front wheels didn't clear the brakes, so I'm using 5/16" spacers which JUST clears. I will soon be rocking 17x8.5 +40 wheels, and I'll have pics when I get them.

I haven't looked around. I know the b16 specv rotors are 5 lug and in the 12.2" range, but I haven't looked at all the other dimensions on the rotors to compare them to the b15 ones. You can usually browse on Rock Auto, Auto Zone, Advance, etc. and look up cars and their front rotors, they usually provide a diagram with all the different specs on the rotors.

I would re-drill the m30's. It's really not that hard, just make sure to get two 1/2" nuts and bolts, and one small c-clamp. Start up by lining one hole and tightening the c-clamp on the other side. After you get the first hole drilled, use another bolt and nut in that hole to help avoid any movement. Keep using the c-clamp too. 1/2" drill bit does the trick.

Here is what I found
Mazda RX7 GXL 86-92 --> 5x114.3
Rear Brake Rotor diameter 10.70-10.75".

EBC Stock Replacement Brake Rotors
Mazda Power Slot Rear Brake Rotor - 126.45024SR
Buy Wearever Brake Rotor - Rear YH141738 at Advance Auto Parts

So I am guessing we could usethose rear rotor from RX7 in the front of our spec-v!

I don't know much about this, I am myself trying to figure this out, tell me if i'm wrong!

You would need to space out the caliper to make that work. The stock rotor height is 49.xmm and the rx7 one is 53mm. Also you'd probably have to bore out the center hub hole by a hair since our hub is 66.1 and the rotor is bored at 66mm
