Tuning Options for 02-03 ecus Help!!!

Ok Ive been doing some research. But Ive really been having trouble finding answers so here are my questions

car info:
03 SpecV with DNA short ram intake DNA racing headers and full DNA exhaust and removed balance shaft chain lowered 2 inches on springs

questions:
1) What exactly does the JWT NA reflash do and are there options to tell them what modifications are done and have them flash a map accordingly

2)What are most recommend AFCs for b15s as far as ease of installation and functionality

3)Are there any recommended piggy back ECUs for the b15 I've been recommended by a personal friend who runs a tuning company called black milk tuning that specializes in Nissan and Toyota and some subarus that if I go piggy back greddy emange blue was the way to go because the ability to retard and advance timing, but I haven't found anything of anyone using emange on b15s. Of course he said my best option was to go stand alone and run megasquirt but that would really break the bank unless there is a walk through on a DIY PNP kit for B15s.

4)What can I do to tune without breaking the bank

The reason Im asking these questions is Im getting ready to piece to gather a turbo kit as cost effective as possible within the next couple of months already have a turbo and manifold i can get for cheap but the most important thing to a turbo build besides the turbo is a good tune so that it will actually run.

your in a tuff spot

megasquirt
or change ecu's and up rev

both expensive answers

i have heard you can use emanage but never seen it done

safc tuning will always have timing disabilities
the jwt reflash
2jr offers them for the 02-03s

but not the same as a real dyno tune
had one on my vq
too many limitations for me

many people use them
and they are part of the 2j turbo kit for the early models

call them and ask about it
Uprev conversion is good but costly a yogi said.

E-manage was done along time ago but no one really does it. Piggy backs don't deal with timing except the split second product, but it only retards timing.
I do have a never been used split second box and there are safc's available from new to used.
