this is yogi b

thought i would share my experience before i left

been using uprev with the turbo since late 2014

imo
much better than a safc
but no proefi 48

handles timing, afr and cam phasing

enough versatility to move my power band almost everywhere

until i got what i liked

i recommend it over a safc

no tune fade or shift
multiple tunes available
kinnda inexpensive

does whats needed to even keep my turbo alive

Wait...you're going turbo Andy? Is this on a new car or on the VQ?
No not for the VQ. I've got that car ready for a haltech.

Picked up a new daily. Sold the Z and got my good friends 06. 45k miles. Been on boost for a couple thousand only. But it's on an safc2. Car was put together back in like 07-08. I don't really trust the afc lol

Nice. Even an 06? Best year ECU according to Joe. Factory wideband and all. I would have to say I like flashes. I barely look at my AFR gauges nowadays and know that unless there's a mechanical issue the tune will hold and not drift.
