Replaced the head gasket like month and half ago, car delay in start so i suspected everything from cam position sensor and crank sensor and checked for vacuum leaks nothing, once the car starts it's perfectly fine, but this day i was driving around and it just died, and when starting it it shakes so much so I'm sure it's a vacuum leak, but again couldn't find anything, today i saw this part without hoses, should it have hoses? And if so where do i connect them?

Year and model...I can't even make out what that is but its either there case someone installed it or some other thing that i can't think of cause if the is an 02-06 QR that's not stock.

A vacuum leak would eventually throw a code due to a lean condition if it was that bad. Whats your coolant level now?

Timing may not be set properly, I assume you did no relearns after replacing the head gasket either...
