It will come out, assuming you didnt damage the threads. Heat it up a lot, give it a little tappy tappy with a chisel, and then vice grip the material hanging out and out it comes.

Welding a nut should be last resort, that metal is going to be full of brake fluid, no matter how hot you get it, so the weld wont be the strongest. Really if you take that to a machine shop, they will charge you like $20 to take it out and check the threads.
Ok in my defense the location of the boot made it so I could only go 1-2 clicks with the torque wrench at a time in a really awkward position so I thought “hey I’ll just give it one or two clicks with the impact that outta speed this up”.

it seemed like a smart idea at the time. Maybe I’m just an idiot

And a brand new caliper is only $30-$40 depending on brand. Or I can go to the scrapyard and get one for $16 so no point getting it machined.
