How do you remove the fuel injector? I have a 2012 Sentra SR, I removed the intake manifold and all the bolts. I see the fuel injectors on the rail and removed the two bolts holding the rail in place. I tried pulling the rail out but it won't budge. Is there something I'm missing?

On my 05 I wrapped a mini flat crow bar in a towel and gently pried up the fuel rail, working from one side to another.
