You have 2 relays, and they share a negative wire for ground for high abs low IIRC, with out looking at the schematic.

What do you mean by "negatively charged" ?
The easiest things to do are unplug the fan and test the resistance of the fan motor to make sure it is not open-circuit and also check the voltage on the plug pins to a ground point on the body for signs of 12V

unjacking fan plug with tester. both are 12v grounds// and yea fans wrk when hotwired

So let me see if I have all this correct ...

• the fans run when tested with 12V but not connected to the plug (so fan motors are OK)
• the relays switch (so fan relays are OK)
• there is no voltage at the fan plugs

Have you checked the fan fuses ?

and if relay turns on means its getting power. so fuses shud be good

NO ... if the relay turns on it means the relay coil is getting power from the controller, NOT that the fans are getting power from their individual protective fuses.

arent the fuses before the relay?
anyways ill doublecheck
