I had my back he gutted for a couple months, removed all the sound deadener stuff etc. I put my rear seats back in, and just recently put the trunk carpet back in. Still probably 75-100 lbs lighter than stock.

 

I wanna remove that sound deadener shit out of my spec when i get it back.

ill have to find some pics of mine. but i think i might have the most gutted or second most gutted sentra. i have no inner door skins, windows bolted shut except drivers which is converted to manual. spare tire well is removed and a big piece of sheet metal all the way across. the rear shelf is gone and trunk is pin on. so now hinges. all sound material is gone. there is alot missing. no sunroof, dash is just a outter shell. cut most of the brackets and took all the hvac out. car weighed 2130 2 years ago. i also have now removed fuel tank and went with 1 gallon fuel cell. there is alot of stuff missing in my car. ill get pics of it. but like barry said if its a dd you will get tired of the noise quick. mine use to be a dd with minor cutting in it but now since its a full drag car it dont matter.

i cant take any credit for what glen oringally did but i was going his route with my other spec. what was takin out -- ac, ac vents, every wire not needed gone, radio, speakers, ps, power locks, no spoiler no fogs, pretty much everything. still need to take door panels and gutt the doors a little more. here are some pics! enjoy!
